Public Photoshoots are fan-organized meetups in which cosplayers and fans of a series, hobby, or genre get together to take memorable photos and make new friends. Public. You must follow all of NekoCon’s rules, including any rules about props and behavior. Photoshoot staff will be assigned to your photoshoot to ensure it runs smoothly.
